International Touring with Southwestern Adventist University Singers

Dr. Howard plays an integral role in the planning and implementation of the Southwestern Adventist University Department of Music's international tours. Recent tours include France & Germany (2017), Norway, Sweden, Finland (2018), and Spain & Portugal (2019).
